What was it like working with Mike Panza? It worked very well. I had many steps to get through to sell my property. One of the hardest steps was to determine how much to sell my property for. A comparison study was done with like properties in the area for sale and we set a fair price for the property. Once this was accomplished, i needed to start cleaning out my house and get rid of 31 years of accumulation of stuff. it was a major task to clean the accumulated stuff I have acquired. It was accomplished over four and half months. Mike was kind enough to critique my work and tell me where more work needed to be done for the open house. This was accomplished and final inspection by Mike was performed. After final inspection, the property was approved for a two-day open house. After the open house I received multiple offers on the property. Mike reviewed each offer and was familiar with the mortgage rates and regulations. Collaborating with him I picked what I determined to be the best offer and I accepted it. Smoke detectors were inspected by the town as well as getting the last water meter reading was also initiated by Mike. Overall the process went very well and smoothly with little intervention needed by me. As a first time homebuyer I was overwhelmed and a little lost, but Mike helped calm my nerves. Mike was also available to answer any of my questions or address my concerns. I got started a few months before I was ready to buy, but Mike was very patient while I figured out what I was really looking for. I never once felt pressured to look at places that were out of my price range. He was knowledgable about the areas I was looking at and was able to give me valuable information when he thought a house was priced correctly or not. When it came to negotiating, Mike always suggested offers that I was comfortable with. Mike is a skilled negotiator and I felt like he was looking out for my best interest. Being a first time homebuyer, I had very little knowledge about many of the logistics that came with the closing process - mortgage, insurance, inspection, lawyers, etc. Mike again was helpful throughout all of this, taking the time to explain each step and help me through it. Mike also has many connections in this industry and he helped me find a great mortgage broker to work with and even a very reasonable moving company to help in my move.
